Teen Backpacks

I’m looking for a teen backpack for school. I kinda want something mostly black with another colour e.g orange, blue, red but no PINK!! I’m really not a girly girl. Any suggestions?

Where can i get a nice backpack in Toronto? i am a teen in highschool and i would like an average backpack but not a Jansport bag. btw im a girl so floral designs are appreciated

Perhaps parents need to check supply lists and backpacks before sending their students back to school after winter break.

A 13-year-old was arrested Friday in Oklahoma City, accused of violating a little-known city ordinance that prohibits possession of a permanent marker in some circumstances.

The teen was caught using a permanent marker at Roosevelt Middle School by a teacher, according to the crime report filed with the Oklahoma City Police Department. Delynn Woodside noted the marker had bled through a piece of paper onto the desk and reported to a police officer that she also had seen the teen writing on the desk with the marker, the report said.

Woodside, a seventh-grade math teacher, made a citizen’s arrest on the teen, and the police officer transferred the student to a Community Intervention Center that houses juveniles who have been arrested. The name of the minor was not released.

District spokeswoman Kathleen Kennedy said district officials will look into the incident when students return from winter break, which began Friday.

Under City Ordinance 35-202, it is illegal for any person to possess spray paint or a permanent marker on private property without the permission of the property owner. “No person may possess an aerosol spray paint container or broad-tipped indelible marker on any private property unless the owner, agent, manager, or other person having control of the property consented to the presence of the aerosol spray paint container or broad-tipped indelible marker,” the ordinance reads.

The law appears to be directed at curbing graffiti and is under the nuisance chapter of city ordinance.

Hi I am going into Middle School I am kind of worried of what backpack to wear and what brand. I was looking at the PB teen one and Hollister but what type should I do? PLEASE HELP I AM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS. Also it doesn’t have to be Hollister or PB teen. Thanks.

I’m going to be a junior next year and I really just don’t know where to get my backpack from. From elementary through middle I got mine from L.L. Bean but they’re like eh & the bigger ones only come in solid colors. For the past 2 years I’ve been using this one from PB Teen that was really cute, like pink & green paint splattered, but the quality was bad & it was kinda small, plus this year all the patterned ones are a bit little kid-ish.

I need something big (I’m taking 2 AP’s & all the rest Honors haha) and I want it to be trendy/cute, I’m not preppy but I’m really girly & I want something that reflects that. I also like to stand out & be different which is why I’m not getting a Vera Bradley tote like everyone else in the world. Haha so where do you get your backpacks from? & please say what grade you’re going into thankyouu!

The kids aren’t really liking the LL Bean designs this year. Where do you get backpacks? PBteen has some cute ones but I’m not sure how well they hold up. Anyone ever bought one from there?

They are usually like floral print and come in all colors used to be sold at hallmark and are really expensive like 65 dollars but whats the brand that makes them? Most teen girls have one.

I was flipping through an old Teen Vogue and I found this article about See By Chloe. They pictured the most adorable pink back sack and I want it soooo badly. I looked online at Neiman’s and Nordstrom but can’t find it. Does anyone know if it is sold online? Or do you have to buy it in store?

I’ve had generic, single color backpacks from Walmart or Target since second grade. So does anybody know websites or stores that sell backpacks/messenger bags that have cute patterns, are original, and/or that are affordable? I really want to stand out with my backpack this year….
